Chiswick School becomes the 6th school to propose the free Bumalift app to parents.
We are delighted to announce that Bumalift established a new partnership with Chiswick School.
Bumalift had previously successfully been implemented in St Martin's College during October 2015.
Chiswick becomes the 6th school which proposes the free Bumalift app to parents who want to take turns bringing their children to school. An initiative strongly supported by Transport Malta.
The timing is right, with the Kappara junction Project starting, it will become increasingly more complicated for parents to drive their children to school and circulate within the affected areas. The Bumalift carpooling scheme will help lower traffic and will enable parents to drive in bus lanes (allowed for vehicles with 3+ occupants).
Today, the “Bumalift to School” network is composed of 200 parents and will soon be launched in new schools as the demand for alternative methods of transportation is very high in Malta.
